My wife and I did extensive analysis before we hired complete home care to care for our son, who had suffered a near death stroke, who had abnormal post stroke needs……. Through the two plus years that we had them, we were most pleased with the care and professionalism that they executed their duties…….keeping in mind that there were mitigating circumstances that made their task quite difficult to perfect and navigate. This company is the most unprofessional agency I’ve ever dealt with. They are greedy, money-hungry, and care more about collecting checks than actually supporting the people who rely on them. Instead of providing quality caregivers, they play manipulative games — even going so far as to slander their own clients to make it seem like no one else will work with them.
