Great physicians but they double and triple book appointments. Was first to arrive at 12, first appointment after lunch. Waited 90 minutes to see the physician who saw 3 patients who arrived after me. Totally unethical

Outstanding front desk staff, welcoming, smiling, sense of humor was refreshing. Outstanding is the word to discribe Cadence. She was very comforting but professional. Her intake was great. She waited until last to check blood pressure. That is a 'first' and such a good idea. When she finished, we only waited for Paul about 2-minutes. He is another outstanding medical professional. I believe I receive great service because I always try to bring a positive attitude, and the front staff here are absolutely amazing. But Dr. Lupercio is in a league of his own. He is thorough, kind, and truly listens — qualities that are rare and deeply appreciated. When I urgently needed a pacemaker, it was an incredibly stressful time.
