The care at this office is exceptional good. I was seen by P.A. Ginger Riddle who listened and is making adjustments to my medication. Im definitely in professional good care at this practice.
Great doctors and medical staff and no look wait times to been seen.
My daughter has been going to this location for years. And today a staff member name David was very rude to her on the phone. He behaved as if he was high on drugs, because every time she tried to tell him important information, he would began talking fast and wouldn't let her finish speaking, and insulting when he couldn't understand her. Your office you to be kind, compassionate and caring however your front office girl Aaliyah lacks customer service skills, respect and basic listening skills! Some people can not take off of work multiple days for multiple appointments and for some reason she nor the staff understand that!
