Luke and the team did a fantastic job on our insurance claim. They did a rectification on someone else's screw up. The initial repairer did a terrible job, and the insurance company then arranged Luke to rectify the other repair. We could not be happier. Pity I can't leave a review on the intial repairer. We had some insurance repair work done by Luke and the team on our JB caravan a few weeks ago. Their communication, promptness and quality of work made the experience seamless and we would not hesitate to recommend them .
We bought a new Jayco Journey outback and had a few warranty issues over the first 2 years of ownership. We are very happy with Luke and his team. He was able to locate a water leak and helped take care of all outstanding warranty jobs. Happy travels
