My wife and I have just collected our 12 month old Jayco caravan after requiring some warranty items to be considered and rectified. Whilst the van was in we also decided to have the first major service completed. All our warranty issues were approved and rectified without any fuss or worry. The servicing to the van was completed promptly and of high quality. The staff assistance was exceptional.
