They refused service on my car so many times but whenever my dad calls they give him a straight answer. This shop is bogus and treat women horrible. On top of terrible customer service. This was my first time at Complete Car Center, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. I accidentally walked into the work area instead of going to the front desk because I had never been there before and wasn't familiar with where customers were supposed to go. I apologized immediately, but the worker was extremely disrespectful and rude toward me. There was absolutely no need to speak to a customer that way over an honest mistake.
