My drivers door stopped opening from the inside and I’d left it for a couple of weeks before it started to become a nightmare opening the window to get out. I happened to be in the area on a day off work and thought I’d chance stopping by a garage to see if someone could fix it. This is the first place I tried and I’m glad I did. The guy seemed busy but he was kind enough to check the handle, tell/show me what happened and sorted it within 10 minutes. Will definitely be coming back for any future problems! Thank you :)
My skoda went into limp mode so didn't want to drive my car in case I damaged it, called CCC and they were able to squeeze me in. Turned out to be a bigger problem than I thought but they were quick and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate going back
I had some ongoing issues with my Audi and I had visited a few garages to have the car looked at. I was very impressed with complete car care. Following the diagnostics Luke took the time to explain the problem in detail and provided advice. Excellent customer service and Luke was very knowledgeable. I would definitely use complete car care again.
I took my VW Transporter to Complete Car Care after trying another independent VW/Audi specialist. Luke at complete car care was extremely knowledgeable and helpful over the phone, but unfortunately I was in a hurry and he was fully booked. I had previously been told by the other garage that all tests had been carried out and my electronic Steering Rack was 100% the issue. This was quoted at £3200.00 to replace. Needed a good garage for my first Audi and so I was looking for local specialists. Really happy to have found Luke and co as the services were not only very affordable, but of high standard and I basically got free lessons on mechanical engineering, haha. Highly recommended, especially if you have an Audi/WV and don't fancy paying thousand to the dealership. EDIT; Changed my car to Skoda since and getting the same fantastic service!
