Honest hard working reliable shop for all vehicles This is a shop that is like shops of yesteryear. Honest and true is Shawn and his employees. He will argue with the manufacture for you he got us a free new air conditioner. We take all our work here and we live in downtwon Milwaukee!

Honest and Efficient My family and I have been taking all of our vehicles to Shawn for about 4 years now. I have found Complete Car Care to be honest and up front with me. Even when I take one in for routine matinence if it doesn't need something right now Shawn tells me it isn't neccessary. Most places try to make you buy things you don't need or fix your car incorrectly to begin with. Not the case there. I would and have recommend this auto shop to anyone!!!!! I will always go to Complete Car Care.
Bad Manners I contacted Shawn at Complete Car Care to service our company pickup after having had them do some work on my daughter's car (which I was very pleased with). I was told by Shawn that I would get an estimate soon after dropping it off. After 5 1/2 hours I called and they hadn't got it in yet but he told me they would be pulling it in shortly.
