They never answer the phone, they will cut your car off an hour before closing and when it’s time to reset they take their time doing it.
Let me tell you I've been a customer with Kar Market for a for two years and these people is awesome they have help me in many ways that no other dealerships would have. My truck needed a small repair they help me fix it. When my dad passed away they sent me condolences to my family and given me time to make my payment. I’ve had my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander repaired here through insurance and it was overall a very positive experience. The staff took the time to explain what the damages are and even let me see the bumper disassembled to verify what they were saying. When there was some confusion with the insurance payout versus the billing they replied promptly and explained the charges politely and professionally. Job well done
My wife has been a loyal customer to Kar market for 4 years. What gets me is you sign a insurance obligation policy. Ensuring you are required to keep valid insurance on your vehicle which is automatically drafted from your banking account. Then she emailed the valid up to date insurance card showing the date the insurance with be drafted. Kar market is talking about service interruption when. If they have common sense they know it takes 1 to 2 business days for the transaction to be completed.
Ok look, nearly all everywhere & place will never get 5-star reviews “&” especially if it doesn’t work out for them or should I say in their favor then yes there will be a bad review. Now I’ve been with this company for over 5 years & trading off cars & referring people. Sometimes things didn’t work out for me but that doesn’t mean that company should get a bad review, things went awkward at that time so should I give them a bad review because I’m mad, most people will but that’s not fair.
