They're very attentive when your purchasing your hvac system, but when it comes to service after the sale that all disappears. We also were shorted a rebate check and have never received our receipt or warranty paperwork and that was 3 years ago. Called two weeks ago to have our ac unit serviced which is still under warranty and they never showed up or called. Theirs always a excuse. Buyer beware !

I can't say enough GREAT things about this company! The customer service was superb, Chuck made a way to get to me in a lightning storm, the cost was extremely reasonable, Tracey was phenomenal at giving me updates and ETAs. My home will always and forever utilize services from this company! I wish I could give more stars! My fan motor went out on my ac in +85⁰ weather, I called 9 companies!!!!!!
