Unprofessional and untrustworthy. They do not respond to emails. Don’t bother sending emails to customer care. 3 years and still having issues with them. Sometimes you learn the hard way. However, if I can deter at least one person from wasting their money buying a home from them, I will have saved that person potentially years of regret. Stay clear!!!!
Please stay away from 'IN' Complete homes, especially at Hunter Valley area. There is nothing complete about them. Do not expect any communication from them through out the building process. The construction supervisor never responds to any queries or never answer the phone calls. They will force you to settle without the house being complete. I had no fence except on the front. "Today, during the Pre-Line Inspection, I noticed that the AC duct positioning and linen were installed without prior discussion or agreement. Now, they are demanding $1,000 to remove them, even though it wasn't my mistake, and I didn't approve it. I've been raising this issue with Keira Donaldson for several weeks, but they keep delaying by saying they're checking with Senior Management. I would not recommend building with them.Job no 606926"
Do not use this company under any circumstances. My home is only 2 years old and I have had major defect, again and again followed by excuse after excuse. I have a major leak, that they have known about since December 21 and I’m still waiting for MJH to fix. Devastated by my experience and will never buy a home from these guys again.
