"Today, during the Pre-Line Inspection, I noticed that the AC duct positioning and linen were installed without prior discussion or agreement. Now, they are demanding $1,000 to remove them, even though it wasn't my mistake, and I didn't approve it. I've been raising this issue with Keira Donaldson for several weeks, but they keep delaying by saying they're checking with Senior Management. I would not recommend building with them.Job no 606926"
Do not use this company under any circumstances. My home is only 2 years old and I have had major defect, again and again followed by excuse after excuse. I have a major leak, that they have known about since December 21 and I’m still waiting for MJH to fix. Devastated by my experience and will never buy a home from these guys again.
Do not make the biggest mistake of your life like I did !!!! If you think it's homes built by McDonald Jones it's not only by name it's a completely different team, it should be called "Incomplete" by McDonald Jones it's been almost two years of hell for me and my family. Nothing but unprofessionalism and just poor quality is all I have got from this company they should not be in business. I would tell anybody to stay well away from Complete by MJH. I am not surprised to see several other negative reviews about this builder. We too were put in a position where we had to settle without our home being completed as we reached the point that we were no longer able to afford paying rent and mortgage. We moved into our home with several aspects of it that were incomplete with the assurance that they would be completed in the weeks following.
