getting harrased nightly by solicitors from this company. don't know why..won't leave me alone at home at night. gonna file a complaint with the law.
I do NOT recommend using this company for any bookkeeping needs. It took 4 months to get any reports. When I finally got the report, they were wrong. Michelle, the bookkeeper, then took another month to produce corrected reports that hadn’t reflected any of the corrections. I spoke with the owner Greg who was absolutely NO help and refused to call me back to discuss the discrepancies. Review is regarding payroll services w/Lisa. I have had the worst experience working with Lisa, very unprofessional and inconsistent with deadlines and communication. Was a no call/no show with our initial appointment to set up my account. My employee did not get paid on time for the first payroll service and has not been receiving her paystubs/time sheets. Also, my employee and myself have not received our tax documents (W2s) as I was informed we would have received them by the Jan 31st, 2020 deadline. This lack of professi... read more
