I wish I could give them zero stars. They incorrectly filed taxes for our LLC and got it suspended. Bad communication. We have been abandoned by them with no assistance. Do not do business with them. There is no accountability.
getting harrased nightly by solicitors from this company. don't know why..won't leave me alone at home at night. gonna file a complaint with the law.
I do NOT recommend using this company for any bookkeeping needs. It took 4 months to get any reports. When I finally got the report, they were wrong. Michelle, the bookkeeper, then took another month to produce corrected reports that hadn’t reflected any of the corrections. I spoke with the owner Greg who was absolutely NO help and refused to call me back to discuss the discrepancies.
