Virgil is very knowledgeable and his approach is very investigative. Whenever he was pointing out unusual items he tended to go looking further for the "why" behind it, rather than just assuming. His report had lots of pictures and details about what was wrong and why. He is friendly in person and more than willing to answer all my questions on our walk through.
