Had a dehumidifier and condensate pump installed in my unfinished basement - I am very satisfied with the service from estimate to job complete. Techs were knowledgeable and price was reasonable - Highly recommended
To fix an ongoing water leak that was getting worse which I thought was entering under the window frames in the basement CBS identified the problem & suggested a cost effective solution to dig out 2 window wells several feet deep to make a dry well, channeling excess water far down into soil. When they were doing the work they also located & sealed a foundation leak around the area the cast waste line came into my home which I did not know was also contributing to the water in the basement. We have had seepage problems in the basement on and off but it was clearly getting worse. Dan from Complete Basement systems came to give me an evaluation of the source of the problem and how to fix it. They were prompt and neat and did a pretty big job of digging out window wells and sealing concrete where pipes came through, quickly and neatly.
