Luis, Luis jr. and Uli did a great job encapsulating our crawl space. They installed everything quickly and were professional from start to finish. We now have a nice, clean, and dry crawl space thanks to them and Groundworks Denver.
I had two sump pumps installed. The first pump ran all the time, the second, never. I had an inspector out to look at it and he told me it was because the water level wasn’t high enough for the second pump to kick in. Upon closer inspection I discovered that my pump two wasn’t plugged in. I only had two outlets available for my new system and with the battery backup it requires three. I feel I was told a decent amount of half truths by the sales man. Additionally I was sold a product I didn’t need. The end outcome was so so. Not particularly impressed. If I went back I would have explored more options and spoken to other companies, sales man will tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign immediately though. On top of that, let them leave the first day..they will literally call you back in a week and do the same job for half the price.
Groundworks did a tremendous job with lifting and stabilizing our addition with poly and piers. Special shoutout to Roge and his crew on the piers along with Manny and Gerado on the poly. Our addition had poly done; however, the heavy addition of hardie siding as well as the movement of our soil restricted us from utilizing the rear exits of our home. Oso and Christian were very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to raise our front porch completely and without any further damage. The final product looks beautiful. We would definitely use groundworks again.
