2026 Update: A year and half later I returned for another issue and I cannot say enough good things. As a woman, I have never felt more safe, respected, or genuinely taken care of in a mechanic’s shop than I do with this business, which is run by Mark and his wife. Mark is incredibly straightforward and logical in explaining what actually needs to be done, without pressure or upselling. Puts customers before profits! I brought my car here with some lights on the dash. They started on it the same day and were incredibly reasonable on price. When the issue they found was potentially under warranty, they spent 30 minutes on the phone with Volkswagen trying to save me money. In the end they worked hard, sent me elsewhere for free repairs, and left me feeling really good about everything they said. Repairs are so expensive, it can be hard to trust the price.
