Bad experience. Brought my car there first thing in the morning at 9:30am on a weekday for service and rwc. They didn't call me or anything throughout the day, so I called at 5:30pm to see if I could pick up the car on the day. They said it's okay to pick up and everything was okay. Got there at 6:00pm when the shop hour was until 6pm and it was still not complete.
