Allison and the guys at complete are a top notch outfit. I went there to rectify a leaking exhaust that prevented me from passing a safety inspection. I got there at approximately 2:05 pm Allison checked me in, at 2:35 I was made aware of what the cost and the steps to fix said problem would be. One could argue that Complete Automotive & Custom Exhaust was acting in my interest by not selling me items I might have wanted but didn’t need. I feel like the pricing was fair, but the communication and turnaround were terrible. I made the appointment more than 2 weeks in advance, and it took 4.5 business days to replace a muffler.
Their "mechanics" have 0 clue what they are talking about and treat you like your clueless
Got in super fast and they're so nice and fair and honest!
