This use to be a reasonable place. Ever since the remodel prices have gone up tremendously. I miss the old complete auto & exhaust. Changed me $238 just to tell me what was wrong with my car an nothing done to it. With all that to say lost my business and never going back or recommending this place. Miss Tom and Paul old days not the new staff:((

I have a 1999 Toyota RAV4 that needed new struts & brakes plus a noise on the exhaust pipe. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a 27 year old SUV. Someone had mentioned to me about Complete Auto & Exhaust so I called and talked to Tom. He told me to come by so they can look at it. Allison and the guys at complete are a top notch outfit. I went there to rectify a leaking exhaust that prevented me from passing a safety inspection. I got there at approximately 2:05 pm Allison checked me in, at 2:35 I was made aware of what the cost and the steps to fix said problem would be. By 3:25 I was paying and may I add a great price and on my way. I can’t express the professionalism and courtesy I experienced at Complete. One could argue that Complete Automotive & Custom Exhaust was acting in my interest by not selling me items I might have wanted but didn’t need. I feel like the pricing was fair, but the communication and turnaround were terrible. I made the appointment more than 2 weeks in advance, and it took 4.5 business days to replace a muffler.
