Took my vehicle here to have the exhaust worked on. When picking up the vehicle my car had massive scratches, and dent on the front end. Talked with owner to get security camera footage and they only have “live feed” and will not take responsibility for the damages. This cars paint is corrected and has no scratches anywhere till I brought it here. Would give it a 0 star review if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Had a very unique and messy situation between other shops,dealer, and warranty company took my truck to Complete and Tom Baldwin assured me we will get through this whatever worked out best for me and have a reliable vehicle after it was all done and said boy he was not lying. He was there with me every step of the way I recommend him and his shop to anybody!!!!!
This is a great shop. They are easy to work with, upfront and honest. I've been using them for awhile and just got my AC fixed today. I thought it was mechanical issue, but it turned out it just needed to be recharged. Couldn't be happier.
A rare business that will install cutomer-purchased parts at a very reasonable cost! They installed the complete performance brake system parts for a 2013 Mini Cooper S meticulously in just a few hours! Allison and Tom in the front office always so pleasant and helpful! My mechanic Tom graciously spoke with me after the job and answered all my questions including his inspection of the car which displayed no concerns. I absolutely love this auto shop! They did everything they could to get the part I needed on the same day just so that I didn’t have to rent a car for up to 5 days. Great people and great service!!!!
