starWe cannot recommend this place strongly enough. The owner Bret is a very friendly and stand-up guy, on top of being a truly GENIUS mechanic. We were stuck in Kansas (from Colorado) and some other shop told us we needed a new transmission, we wanted a second opinion, and brought our Hyundai to Complete Automotive. Bret discovered it was some loose bolts in our flex plate. How he knew to look there we still have no idea, it must be a God-given gift! He tightened them down, which got us home. Best place to take a vehicle to get it worked on. I have had great experiences here. I have had several several cars and truck worked on and they alwasys get the problems solved.
I think they do great work! Every time I have had a problem with my eclipse that I couldn't fix myself, I would bring her on in their, and they would be reasonable on price and quality was excellent! They get the job done and do not take forever either!! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else in town! GREAT WORK.
I would never go back there again. I felt they did not stand behind their work. While I am not a mechanic I felt they blamed their mistakes on me as the customer and refused to help make it right.
