Lesson learned: Make sure they put every detail in writing before you agree to anything. Don't just rely on what's summarized in the quote. They purchased a remanufactured engine on our behalf and the service manager promised if anything went wrong we had a warranty that would cover repairs and labor for 3 years/unlimited miles. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Can fix any make or model. Have had everything from oil change, brake job, air conditioning repair and major front end work done here.
