I was very impressed with my 1st experience here. The repair was done quickly and priced very reasonably. The 2nd experience was far from that. Not only was I overcharged for a diagnostic scan but was given an estimate that was 10 times higher that what it cost at a different shop. As I was being told over the phone the price of the parts I was looking on-line at the prices being quoted. I took my car in there to diagnose a clanging noise. They told me it was the water pump. Quoted me 560 dollars to fix it. I declined. Knowing it is literally a 45 minute replacement. Because that is what it took me to change it in my own garage. Water pump 29 dollars. The noise is still there. I called and asked them how they came about the decision it was the water pump. I have went here a few different times so has my Husband. We have had very different experiences, he is always treated with respect and they call and keep him updated on progress and quotes. Me I am called by the wrong name constantly, I have to call to get updates and even don't get quotes when I ask for them. I have used them because they are a convenient location for me and my husband gets good service but this last time was the final straw for both of us.
