Jake was good at communicating, however, all his words were bullshit. He took over a month to repair my car, and then when I finally got it back, he had went from $2800 on the estimate, to $3100. He didn’t align it, and told me to do so to prevent tire wear. He should have aligned it as part of the repair, but no shop would have aligned it due to the repairs not being proper. He did a great job on my car all of the other repair shops made it worse I found the one I will be going to whenever I have a problem with my car
Jake knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle based on the smell. I had a coolant leak. He made sure everything under the hood was where it needed to be. My stop there was quick, efficient and at a fair price!
Jake was the only mechanic in the area that answered on a Sunday morning when we needed to get a vehicle looked at the same day. He was able to give an answer the same day and help with steps moving forward. I highly recommend connecting with him for your maintenance needs!
