Amazing service. Took my car in and they immediately worked on it and sent pictures so we were able to see what was wrong with the vehicle. Shoutout brian for taking care of us and being honest.
Amazing customer service
Expect to pay a diagnostic fee around $200. I spoke to someone who I assume is the owner. I asked if the diagnostic charge would be applied to the overall job, I was told maybe. I decided to not use this business because the cost was so arbitrarily set, high, and not very transparent.
Ben has a new customer for life. Communication, I've never had a shop call me with updates throughout the day (when needed). Accurate. He was booked for some time but stuck to his schedule. Accommodating. I will be back for regular maintenance and larger issues that may come up in the future.
