UPDATE: After reaching out to the customer service email address, I was contacted and refunded for the alignment we purchased out of pocket. Due to this, I have increased my rating by two stars. BUYER BEWARE!!! After scheduling an 11 am appointment for an oil change, we dropped our vehicle off an hour in advance and were asked if we could leave it all day. Kind courteous and if they fail the first time they will correct their work. Keep in mind some of the warranty companies that have contracts with firestone hold up processes. They new what they were doing but had hiccups along the way. If they mess up the work give them time they will correct it.
I'm giving a five star review for now because they have been very polite so far but my vehicle is taking forever. I will update my review and if all is good and the tracker on the vehicle is still working right and everything is in place correctly. I will give the best review. The polite and curious techs are doing great so far. BUYER BEWARE!!! After scheduling an 11 am appointment for an oil change, we dropped our vehicle off an hour in advance and were asked if we could leave it all day.
