Terrible service all around. Not trustworthy in the least. Both times I’ve taken my car there, I’ve had to pay astronomical prices and both times I’ve driven away with my car making strange noises. The first time was due to brakes scraping so I drove the car minimally and took it back in a couple months later to fix the brakes. I paid and was told “it drives and sounds like new now”- which indicates to me that they took it out for a test drive after repairing- WRONG! I can't recommend them any longer. Corners were cut on the work done on my vehicle. I took it to another shop and they were astounded by what Complete Auto said they did or didn't do, parts replace or not replaced, and the amount I was charged. The wait, the cost, the not returning phone calls. We will not be back. They are very polite while your in the shop, but that doesnt fix a vehicle. I highly recommend you get a second opinion before agreeing to have them work on your vehicle.
You know it’s not everyday that you meet good honest mechanics and people that run a great automotive shop.
