Technician Mr. Chu and Mr. Lin are very good at their job and willing to spend time to do work carefully - my front bumper needs replacement. They had to paint, drill hole to hold sensor, skewers… many details…. Under the Texas hot weather, they did not spare any effort. Complete fraud. Charge 4000 dollars for repair, now my engine 3 and 4 misfire and have to junk the car.
Had head gasket, ignition coil and spark plug replaced here. They did good job overall
This car shop used to be very friendly to the customers and had reasonable prices. However, my recent experience proves that they have become corrupted. They used low quote prices to lure us in and go with them, but once you leave your car there, they start to find all reason to increase the price. Mine was increased from $1300 to $3600; that was three times increase. On top of that, they promised multiple times to do a touch up for a side door scratch, but didn’t do it.
