RecommendedA local detailer damaged my bumper, but Complete Auto Body repaired it and it’s as good new.
I took my car to this shop on Wednesday. After reviewing my estimate from Ms. Brooks, I didn’t not agree with her write up. I called her and she was not professional enough to return my call. She was trying to cheaply repair my car. Totally unacceptable!
On 06/30/20 dropped my truck off after an accident, called in later that day was told the tear down wouldn’t happen until tomorrow. No big deal, next day estimate is submitted, I get a text from carwise that it was submitted and shows job completion date of 7/6 so on 7/5 I call in to check up since theres been no communication since 6/31, I get told they are waiting on my front bumper.Tiffany(The Service Rep) then says actually let me check and turns out my bumper was delivered already however it wont be painted that day and... read more
Great customer service!!
Was told my car would be finished on a Friday I took off early from work only to get there and they tell me it was not done from the alignment guy and he would be closed Saturday. Contacted the Alignment guy and he assured me it would be done Saturday morning which it was. Complete Auto however made an excuse that no one would be able to close out my account on Saturday and Tiffany had to do it, so I had to keep my rental an addition 2 days out of pocket. I had my car repaired here and never went back because that would force me to have to come out of pocket for a rental. They left my quarter panel with a crease and some running paint lines. I will eventually have to pay someone to remove the buffer trails they left. My exhaust was bent out of shape and I had to manipulate that myself to get it somewhat in the right place. They also never replaced a light housing that has chipped paint.
