Not a thorough shop. We had them do some work on my husbands car this June and we had to take it to another local shop to fix Complete Auto Body's incompetence that costed us $1700. They are too worried about upselling things like tires and not enough about why the car was brought in in the first place.
These folks are honest. I had an inspection and I thought I needed brakes, but I didn't. Could have sold me and I'd be none the wiser. They also do a great job explaining findings and provide pictures and plans with pricing itemized. Will be a customer for life.
