I was blown away with my most recent visit! First, they sent me a new online report of their initial inspection of key components, complete with photos. Second, I went for a brake job that a nearby national chain said I needed, but after the Complete technician's assessment they said my brakes still had a lot of miles left! They didn't push any unnecessary repairs on me. I was so delighted with their honesty that I paid them to replace my wipers (something I never pay for!). I just needed an alignment and no one try to sell me anything else I didn't need. I also asked if I could get my vehicle back by a certain time and it was! Last but not least was Mike at the counter, I brought up an issue with my radio/ media player and instead of paying $175 an hour to diagnose that he offered to look up if their were any technical service bulletins on the issue. He called me 20 min later and said yes, and told me what to tell the dealer to fix it! He did not have to do that on his own time. Great experienc... read more

I went in to get my headlight fixed and they could not have been more helpful. Every person I talked to had good intentions and truly wanted to help. I will definitely be coming back for all future car repairs. Shout out Tristan as well for the stellar customer service!
