Complete Athlete staff is amazing. I had knee surgery and at one year post op I began going to Complete Athlete to touch on fundamentals of athlete based strength and running form. Being able to bounce back to sports at a competitive level would not be possible without CA. Touching on little things that I did not even think to work on in the gym truly made a difference in my game play and how I feel running. I learned a lot and became a much better athlete physically and mentally.
I can’t recommend Complete Athlete enough. My son had an amazing summer, both in terms of increased strength / speed / athleticism, as well as thoroughly enjoying the process and being excited to go each and every week. Gerry and his team do an amazing job blending together fun and hardwork
