I was there doing my observation hours for my bachelors degree. I loved watching the different classes, but my favorite is the circuit training on Saturday and love the diversity in clients who go here and workout. The youngest I've seen is 6 years and oldest are up to 18, and most of them are students in Valley Christian School since Complete Athlete is inside the school

This gym is run very smoothly and thoughtfully as well. There is a purpose for the way programs are designed and allows for any person to receive a great workout experience.
Michelle is a very negative person that’s trying to hurt someone else hard work for no reason other than hate!!!
