Many times I’ve had to find my own service person of which I have no Complaint. Once your invoice is submitted, it is approximately 30 days before you receive your reimbursement if it has been determined that the company will support the repair. I've had two experiences with Complete Protection, and I couldn't be happier. There are no hidden surprises in their contract, and they have abided by the terms. In the past, working with warranty companies always felt like a bait and switch, where you could only use their vendors, and their vendors were overbooked. Complete Protection doesn't hold you hostage. You get pre-approval on the work, get the work done, and turn in your receipt. They even covered the service fee. My Warranty Company is Better than Yours! Complete Appliance Protection did it again. My house was hit by lightning destroying just about everything, including two furnaces and two air conditioning compressors. Without any hassle CAP sent Payout Authorizations for all four units. Seeing that I was claiming these on my insurance, and the fact that CAP has always protected us, I gladly returned those authorizations. Thanks CAP for always being there for us!
I've been a member for over 10 years never once have I had an issue whether a repair or replacement. Courteous, prompt no hassle service from initial call to completion. God willing I'll get another 10 years !
