Ver happy with the service that we received
TERRIBLE! Live in a community with gates and they were broken every week. sometimes several times a week. As soon as they fixed, they broke again. The contract was canceled, and they billed the community for an entire year and could not substantiate. Hire with CAUTION!!
I called this company to look at our access control that was acting up at our place of business. A technician came out and said he found the problem and would order parts and would return to make repairs when they came in. He never returned and never called. After three calls to follow up with their office, I have not received a single call back. Highly unprofessional to string us along while our property is left unsecured. Why they wasted our time like this is a mystery. I guess I will try to ask them if they ever call back... read more
