I relieved Dr. Grable of his services today after more than 20 years. Dr. Stephen Grable and the Complementary Care Center. I feel the center’s name does not align with the care provided, particularly regarding my wife's situation. Dr. Grable prescribed Xanax, which led to my wife's dependency, and subsequently denied her service when she struggled to attend appointments due to that addiction or non payment of appointments she missed. I haven’t even seen Dr. Grable. He may be an amazing doctor. The one star I gave is because when I called to get a clear understanding of what to expect financially, they were not very forthcoming. I had to talk to multiple people and still left the call feeling confused. I am not willing to pay $300 to be seen without more clarity. This is a red flag. They should be more forthcoming with this information. I absolutely understand they cannot tell me how much it will cost me personally or what exact tests will be run. But to ... read more
