I recently contacted Complete Stair and initially spoke with Neal, who seemed to really care about customer service. Based on our conversation, I was told that if I placed the order on Thursday, the material would arrive by Monday. However, when I called back on Thursday (March 5th), I spoke with someone else i think his name was Bob. First time going to Compleat Stair and Steve went above and beyond to help this project, he even consulted his coworker, Bob, to make the design even better. He could have taken this just like any other sales, but he talked to Bob after we completed the purchase coming up with a new caping idea to tie the parts better. Everyone is knowledgeable and is there to make a smooth process. From the moment we decided on the parts, their guys already put everything together, including new cuts and joints. They do not honor their pricing. What's the point of an estimate, if I can't trust the price that's quoted. 2 occasions in the past 8 months. Will not ever use them again and would not refer anyone to their business.
