First time going to Compleat Stair and Steve went above and beyond to help this project, he even consulted his coworker, Bob, to make the design even better. He could have taken this just like any other sales, but he talked to Bob after we completed the purchase coming up with a new caping idea to tie the parts better. They do not honor their pricing. What's the point of an estimate, if I can't trust the price that's quoted. 2 occasions in the past 8 months. Will not ever use them again and would not refer anyone to their business.
By far, one of the best to partner with. Never disappointed.
