My son was evaluated on July 7th, at 4:00 PM. I have not heard from them since, despite having reached out and called several times. When asked if I could at least receive a copy of his evaluation, I was told that for some reason it was not uploaded into the system. My other son had also been added to their call list, and no contact was made either to set up an appointment for him. The psychologist Alexander Lopez was super friendly and professional. The (ABA) Therapist at Compleat Kidz of Morganton are really good with my 2 year old son, they are also very patient and understanding.
I’d like to update my previous review. The Morganton office at Compleat Kidz completely turned things around! Once they found out I wasn’t getting a call back from another office, they immediately stepped in to make sure my 3-year-old was scheduled. He’s now in ABA therapy and absolutely loves it! The staff have all been so friendly and quick to answer the phone whenever I call to check in. I also appreciate that they offer parent classes.
