Worse service ever. Here is my experience. Took forever to get the appointment, Wrong and exaggerated examination report, no flexibility in service, sent statement after almost 1.5 years, called many times to pay bill, but transferred to different numbers, not emailing the receipt of payment(asked and provided email address) I Will definitely share my experience to pediatrics who referred.
Was referred to Compleat Kidz in Apex by my son's doctor for speech and OT evaluations. After the evaluation, we never received any communication or the results. I called several times and never heard back. This was in March of 2022. In April 2023 I got a bill from the evaluation threatening to send us to collections, this was the first bill we had received. Advised my child be home-school a day after I told them my truck had a collision… some days he would come home without eating his lunch, my pediatrician also stated they have heard complaints as well. Some of the staff were rude to me which I took lightly, but other staff were beautiful & knew how to help with my son who has autism & ADHD WHICH they told me before he started. We've been taking our son to Christina for Speach Therapy for about 12 months. We have seen amazing improvements in his speech (he has learned well over 150 words, and he is heavily mimicking everything and using full phrases). Christina is very patient and friendly, and she always follows up and helps us reflect the work he needs to do at home as well. The staff is friendly and they all know my son by name. 10/10 recommend.
I would recommend Compleat Kidz for any child who is need of ABA services due to the professionalism, dedication and compassion of the staff that implement interventions. Compleat Kidz-Apex is a newer location with a top notch facility in which COVID precautions are taken very seriously. Cleaning is delegated to staff throughout the day, but also a cleaning crew cleans the location every night.
