Service is great
At the request of my contractor I stopped by yesterday. Since they have no weekend hours I left work early and drove an hour to get there. Right when I walked in at 4:05 I was reminded they close at 4:30. The emphasis was not on how can we be of help. At 4:28 I saw a few lament samples I want to take with me but was informed I need to come back because they had to do paper work to hand out the 3 cent looking samples and now it was too late. Nice place to delivery at fast unloading
Horrible service. Ive been sitting here for an order that was called in & paid for. It took them (with no wait) about 3-4 minutes to actually even notice I was standing there. Then ontop of that has been making me wait, now 30 minutes. Not sure how long it’ll be but avoid going here. They can’t even give me an estimate time that I would get these packages. Again that have already been processed and paid for.
