What a refreshing company to deal with. Emailed to confirm my booking and on the day I was also sent a text message to let me know when Charlie, the technician was on his way with an ETA. On arrival I was asked about any issues that needed dealing with and I was pleased to see this was taken on board with specific attention paid to my comments. I have been a customer for a long time and have seen some highs and lows with the service. Of late, I am glad to say it's all been highs with great service. Huge call out to Charlie, who attended and completed my treatment. He was thorough and took his time to ensure I was happy and explained what he was doing. Big, big thank you and well done.
