Austin was very helpful this morning when I went in for my appointment. He explained how to use all of the equipment and it seems like perhaps some of the older issues they've had (that I read about in other reviews) have been ironed out with insurance providers ahead of appointments. Thus far, very professional and I have the option of reaching out to the team whenever I have questions or need assistance with the equipment. If something changes I'll adjust my review but very professional from my experience.
Austin was so helpful and knowledgeable during a very overwhelming time. He made all equipment easy to use and was able to explain how everything worked. He was flexible and able to understand my capabilities before and after surgery. I highly recommend CMS to anyone!
