Brandon came out on a holiday evening to make sure we had heat for our family. He was extra considerate and explained exactly what the problem was and what he did to solve it.
Place is awful. Had my furnace kick out inconveniently tonight (Saturday), and when I called the service person (Brandon) told me it might be best if I wait until Monday. I said, I'd rather not considering how cold it is. But he was reluctant to commit to coming out to fix it. What?! We just had the Competitive crew install 4 mini-split heads in our very old house. It's built on a dirt crawl space with no way of putting in a regular AC system with ducts. I thought it would take a couple days! Luckily the weather was good- they began around 0800 and were done that afternoon! They’ve only been up a couple days, but the units are really quiet.
