Really bummed out about this place. I have been taking my kids bikes for about a year here. Flats, brakes and more flats. I recently took two bikes in to have the brakes adjusted and fixed. When they were ready, I asked my husband to pick them up for me. He came home, didn't say anything about them until now. He said ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS! I said, no wonder you're pissed! I took a bike in to get advice on flat tire, the guys seemed to be hesitant as if I was bothering them, they pumped air in the tire and said that was all it needed. After explaining to them I have done it several times and it keeps going flat. I called a few hrs later to tell them it was flat again and i asked of the name of who i was speaking to, and he rudely told me i don't need to know his name. The most unprofessional business I have dealt with in years. Be cautious shopping here.

I'm new to cycling and stopped by the store to get some info on road bikes. Brian was very nice and patient and provided a lot of useful info. He also was kind enough to put pedals on a bike they had in store, even though he knew I wasn't gonna buy right away. I appreciate the great service and recommend going here to find the right bike for you.
