Was out and about doing some work and took a lunch break to train. A serious gym ,nice people who work there . The trainers are nice people. Go to the supplement store at the other end of the building. Good products. Old school feel and equipment is old school and gets the job done.
Mark runs a fantastic gym, as well as the supplement shop next door. No minors are allowed (so there are never 20 teenagers on one machine for an hour), the gym is always super clean, and the pricing is fair, with no hidden cleaning fees or yearly costs. Just the monthly payment. If you go here, you are expected to follow gym etiquette and return the weights to where they belong, or you will be kicked out after a couple of warnings.
