I asked him for his assistance regarding wood doors and he kept interrupting me when I kept asking for anything else that would help to accommodate my customers and then finally he would take time to listen to me instead of interrupting me and I decided to send my customers to him and come to find out they have already talked to him and no longer want to deal with his unpleasant professional attitude. I've used them for 4 years now with no problems until recently when I sent my customers there to see Charles(as I always do) and pay for 2 exterior doors but he wasn't there so Scandalous Joe helped them . When they were there they mentioned they would need doors for the interior doors and base throughout the house which I had already bid on and thought I had the job. Joe was able to help me out slightly before closing time. Very kind and professional. Was treated well by the clerk in front. Order 2 Man Doors. Prices are fair. Nice showroom. Thanks guys.
