Ray did a good job putting on my summer bumper and painting it, but unfortunately when I showed up to pick up the vehicle he had misplaced my performance bumper. I was clearly displeased with this and he promised that he would get me a replacement when I needed it. A few months ago I traded in that vehicle and needed the bumper.
