Had a great experience and service from Rob. He helped me with my dump trailer when I was in a pinch and couldn’t get the proper service elsewhere. Definitely recommend Competition trailer!
*Read before buying* I want to share my experence with Rob. I was going to let some items pass as he seems nice and everything is 'all good' but the dishonestly time after time and zero accountability taken (as you can also read from his response below) by the end on cutting corners and now having dumping issues. I had a unique project - complete custom build - called many trailer builders that told me that they'd been in the business for 30 yrs and done it all - but when it came down to putting a quote on paper Rob from Competition was the only stand out! He quoted and delivered a beautiful product. Due to the complexity and customization, I had to bring it back to Rob 4 times for modifications and Rob did it pro-bono - NO CHARGE! WOW, what a great experience in buying a dump trailer. Rob communicated with me throughout the entire process as I had many questions as a first time buyer. He is very professional and was upfront from the beginning on prices and the process. He updated me frequently as to what step they were on with putting the trailer together and as a buyer I appreciated this greatly.
