Purchased a light kit that didn't work and was refused a refund. I was offered 25% off another item-why would I purchase something else?! Never again.
Seriously cannot say enough great things about Comp Sound ! Kevin was the best ! He was thorough, very knowledgeable, took time to explain things and find the right sound for me and my car. They went above and beyond to customize and keep my car factory looking. IN LOVE with my new system !! Thank you so much guys !

Competition Sounds installed my 13.3in Audiovox LED overhead DVD player into my 2013 Chevy Suburban. Customer Service was top notch and the turn around time was only 2 hrs.

Came in with an issue with my deck.. Guy up front said I was two months past due on my warranty.. Went to the back and talked to the boss.. He took my keys and said there would be no charge.. They got me out of there fast and didn't charge me the $85.. Great customer service.. Will definitely be back to put in my wife's new deck.. Thanks again guys!!

Was very impressed by the level of knowledge that the staff has as I watched customers come in and leave very satisfied. The technician took pride in his work as he explained every detail of the newly installed system. Wife and Kids loved it!!!! Will come back again for a sound system in my truck.
