I took my mother’s BMW X3 to Competition Motors AKA Mitsubishi Belleville for engine related repairs and a right tail light replacement sometime ago. The vehicle stayed in the shop for about a week while waiting for parts. During that time, I was contacted by staff regarding non-functional trunk shocks and declined the additional repair.
