My Pocket Pro 2 shot timer finally broke, after almost 6 years of steady use. It’s been tossed around a range bag, dropped on gravel (a few times), and kicked across a concrete range floor (several times.) I went to replace the battery, only to find the battery wire had pulled from the clip connector. I took it in the Competition Electronics for repair, and they did it, while I waited, at no cost.
