Walked in and right away I was greeted by a woman who couldn’t speak English, made the whole thing confusing. Then a man came out acting like he didn’t care — super unprofessional. He saw someone hit me and still told me to “just call my insurance,” then said they’d fix it for $1,000. The place is a mess, full of excuses, and clearly has no real management. Honestly this shop needs to be shut down or completely redone. Stay far away.
I don’t know what happened here, but it’s nothing like it used to be. The manager with the short hair and beard was the only reason I ever came — that guy knew what he was doing. Now? I walk in and get greeted by a woman who barely speaks English and some clueless kid who clearly doesn’t know a single thing about cars. Both of them acting like it’s some kind of joke. I visited this location for an estimate and was very disappointed with the experience. I was first greeted by a man who seemed unsure of what to do and then by a woman who was difficult to understand. The entire area was cluttered with what appeared to be junk vehicles, giving the impression of poor organization and lack of professionalism. Based on my visit, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service.
I recommend this shop to any and everyone in the queens/valley stream area. Kimberly as well as the front desk manager Jordan provided great assistance at all times and was always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy my car needs. Everyone here is respectful does amazing work. 100/10
Their work is always outstanding. They do whatever they can to make the customer happy. They take the fear out of anyone who has ever dealt with anything about cars. They make you feel like family.
