Very disappointed in this shop. My son called and asked if he could do a repair on his 2002 BMW. Bob agreed he could do it for a certain price. My son towed the vehicle to the shop and was told it would be a few weeks for the repair to be done. We were fine with that. After about 4 weeks, we followed up and were told it wasn’t started yet but would be soon. After not hearing anything for another 4 weeks we called and were told it still wasn’t being worked on.
