I could not recommend Compete enough. I’ve been training there for a couple years and the community of athletes, coaches, and trainers is beyond impressive. Every coach cares about the individual athletes and makes an effort to alter the workouts for different schedules, injuries, etc. The drills and lifts are varied yet progressive, and they effectively help improve a lot of skills that are needed for athletes of any sport. I am currently wrapping up an internship at Compete strength and conditioning. First of all for anybody looking to intern here, I would highly recommend it as an intern myself.
