Joe, Coleman and the rest of the Compete team are incredible. I have 2 younger athletes that have done the middle school speed training and now strength training. They come out of the sessions looking forward to the next. Coleman has a great way to entertain the kids while still teaching them the fundamentals and making it fun. Thanks for all you guys do!

Had a great experience at Compete. Playing at the D1 level this is the place to be in Massachusetts where you compete with the best in the area. When my playing days were clearly coming to an end due to injury, Joe and the staff did everything possible to give my body a chance and on the personal level / mental health level to keep morale up during the darkest time in my athletic career.

Great place for athletes to train. We were on the road and my son wanted to continue to train for D1 camps this summer. Joe and team run a first class facility!
