Return to sport with Katie. She was so nice and always engaged. I loved coming here for my return to sport.
I can’t speak any higher about the quality of service I have received if I tried. From my private sessions with Coach Kevin to my PT appointments with Katie I feel better now in my 30’s than I did at any point in my mid to late 20’s. I’ve become a full believer in acupuncture thanks to the work I’ve done with Katie. I have no more tightness at all in my calf muscles and that’s really new for me. 100% recommend to everyone I know to come here!!!!!
Very nice and cool
Katie at Compete in Norwood is amazing. I had a hip & knee replacement. After my PT I worked with Katie who helped my get back to full strength. Katie is great. She devised a plan that was geared specifically for me. The hour training went by so fast because we were having fun while breaking a sweat. A great place to train. My son also had an injury.
