Seriously cannot get enough of this place! The classes are always challenging in the best way and never the same. The trainers are very knowledgeable and take the time to focus on quality over quantity. The personal training offered is bar none. It's an environment where setting goals realistic to your lifestyle is not only supported but encouraged. Can't say enough good things about this place. If you're on the fence, get off and get over here!
